NSJ Construction is an experienced framing contractor and has been building quality residential, commercial, and multi-family projects for over 20 years. Our founder, Neal Smith, earned a Construction Management degree from ASU.
Neal spent several years in the private and military sectors on large commercial and multi-family projects. In 2010 he brought his experience to Southeastern Idaho where he continued to develop commercial and residential projects.
In 2020 NSJ built the premier wall-panelization facility in intermountain west with the goal of providing its building partners the highest quality construction in the shortest times at the best costs. Since that time their engineered wall panels have become sought after by private owners, small and large home builders and commercial real estate developers.
