Q:  How long does it take your shop to make wall panels?
A:  We can produce between 300 and 350 linear feet of wall per day. An average 1500 square foot house has about 350 linear feet of wall. So, on average, we can build all the walls for a 1500 square foot house in 1 day.

Q:  Are pre-built wall panels better than stick-framed walls?
A:  Pre-built wall panels are built with the same materials and methods that you would use while stick framing a house.  There are a few difference that make pre-built walls superior. They are built indoors in our facility where materials aren't affected by the elements until they are built and ready to be shipped to the job and used.  We have a computer controlled saw for accurate and repeatable material cuts, and equipment that helps us guarantee square wall panels. All of these help us to produce a more accurate and precise panel to improve the end product....your home.

Q:  I have a good framing crew and they are familiar with my floor plan. Wouldn't having your shop pre-build wall panels take more time?
A:  No. With proficiency comes speed.  Pre-built panels can typically save you between 30-40%of your framing time. As you become more proficient with the setting of panels you can reduce you time even more.  Our crews typically set between 600 to 700 linear feet of wall in a day. So with proficiency you could save even more than 40 percent.

Q:  Don't panels add cost to my build?
A:  No. You immediately save money on framing costs. Pre-built wall panels typically cost 15-20% of paying on-site framers. In addition to that cost savings the framing timeline is reduced by over 40% which can result in significant interest savings on your construction loan.

Q:  Can pre-built wall panels be used on any project?
A:  Yes. They can be used to varying degrees on all types of jobs.  The real value of pre-built walls is seen in jobs where repeatability is needed, like duplexes or subdivisions with multiple similar homes. Multistory buildings, like hotels or apartments see especially large savings from using wall panels.
